Free Standard Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States on orders of $75 USD or more.
The free shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and promotions, before taxes.
For orders under $75 USD, a flat shipping rate of $8 USD applies.
Order Processing
All Mooncord Studio jewelry is handmade to order. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy seasons, promotional periods, or when additional quality checks are needed, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 1–4 days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. Transit time begins on the first business day after your order ships.
Packaging
All purchases are delivered in a beautiful gift-ready box, except for certain specified items. Each package is carefully packed to help ensure your Jewelry arrive safely and in perfect condition.
