Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most of our pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus 5–7 business days for delivery via USPS Ground Advantage. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $8. Orders over $80 ship free.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we ship within the United States only.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Product Information
Q: Are your pearls real?
A: Yes. All pearls used in our jewelry are genuine freshwater pearls — never synthetic or imitation.
Q: What metals do you use?
A: Most of our pieces are made with titanium steel finished in 18K gold using a PVD (physical vapor deposition) vacuum plating process — a coating significantly more durable than standard electroplating. It holds up to daily wear, including water contact, without fading or tarnishing. Pieces without gold plating are uncoated titanium steel and will not fade. Some pieces use 14K gold-plated findings. Material details are listed on each individual product page.
Q: Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
A: Because we use natural pearls and stones, each piece will have slight variations in shape, size, tone, and luster. Pearl color may also vary by batch. This is part of what makes each piece handmade and one of a kind.
Q: Do you always have the same styles available?
A: We work in small batches, so availability and colorways can change depending on what pearls we have in stock. If you love something, we recommend getting it while it's available.

Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
A: To keep your pieces looking their best:

Q: Will my jewelry tarnish?
A: Our 18K gold-plated titanium steel pieces are significantly more durable than standard gold-plated jewelry. With proper care, they resist fading and tarnishing for 1–2 years even with occasional water exposure. To get the most out of your piece, avoid prolonged contact with chemicals, perfume, and lotions.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong item and it hasn't shipped yet?
A: Email us right away and we'll do our best to update your order before it goes into production.

A: Yes! Add a note at checkout and we'll include a handwritten gift message at no charge.
