Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most of our pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus 5–7 business days for delivery via USPS Ground Advantage. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $8. Orders over $75 ship free.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we ship within the United States only.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Product Information
Q: Are your pearls real?
A: Yes. All pearls used in our jewelry are genuine freshwater pearls — never synthetic or imitation.
Q: What metals do you use?
A: Most of our pieces are made with titanium steel finished in 18K gold using a PVD (physical vapor deposition) vacuum plating process — a coating significantly more durable than standard electroplating. It holds up to daily wear, including water contact, without fading or tarnishing. Pieces without gold plating are uncoated titanium steel and will not fade. Some pieces use 14K gold-plated findings. Material details are listed on each individual product page.
Q: Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
A: Because we use natural pearls and stones, each piece will have slight variations in shape, size, tone, and luster. Pearl color may also vary by batch. This is part of what makes each piece handmade — no two are exactly alike.
Q: Do you always have the same styles available?
A: We work in small batches, so availability and colorways can change depending on what pearls we have in stock. If you love something, we recommend getting it while it's available.

Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
A: To keep your pieces looking their best:

Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising

Q: Will my jewelry tarnish?
A: Our 18K gold PVD titanium steel pieces are significantly more durable than standard gold-plated jewelry. With proper care, they resist fading and tarnishing. To get the most out of your piece, avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals, perfume, and lotions.
Q: What if my jewelry breaks or needs repair?
A: I stand behind the quality of my handmade jewelry. If your piece develops a craftsmanship-related issue within 3 months of delivery, I'll repair it free of charge. After 3 months, repairs may still be available for a small fee depending on the materials and work involved. Accidental damage and normal wear are not covered by the free repair guarantee. Please contact me to discuss repair options.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: I want you to love your Mooncord jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom, personalized, and Final Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong item and it hasn't shipped yet?
A: Email us as soon as possible! We'll do our best to update or cancel your order before it goes into production or ships.
