Dune is a pair of fine freshwater pearl necklaces, each 16 inches, made to be worn apart, twisted together, or layered at two lengths. One strand is small seed pearls, round and set close. The other is multicolored Keshi pearls, irregular and slightly elongated, no two quite the same shape.

The two strands fasten independently, so each can be worn on its own. Twisted into a single rope, they read as one textured band at the base of the neck. With the extender on one strand, they layer at 16 and 18 inches, and the difference in pearl shape keeps the two lines distinct. Worn alone, either strand is a quiet everyday necklace.

Pearl tone varies from strand to strand, and the Keshi pearls shift in shape and luster along their length. Dune is made in small batches.

Care

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Keep away from water, perfume, and lotion. Unclasp and separate the strands before storing to prevent tangling.

Styling Notes

Twisted, Dune sits close and works best with an open collar, a scoop neck, or a bare neckline. Layered at 16 and 18 inches, it fills a crew neck or a V-neck without needing another piece. As a single strand, either necklace sits neatly under a collared shirt or adds a fine line of texture to a chain you already wear.
