I started Mooncord in 2020 with knotted cord and a handful of pearls. Today I still choose every pearl and stone myself, string every strand, and finish every piece at my workbench in Pittsburgh. I sort pearls by luster and stones by pattern, color, and clarity. Anything that falls short doesn’t make it into a piece.
